All services are provided by qualified and certified professionals in accordance with Dutch healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Client Obligations and Responsibilities

As a client of breakitlue, you agree to:

Medical Disclosure

• Provide accurate and complete medical history information
• Disclose any medications, supplements, or medical conditions
• Inform us of any changes to your health status
• Follow all pre-treatment preparation instructions

Treatment Compliance

• Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided
• Attend recommended follow-up appointments
• Notify us immediately of any adverse reactions

Conduct and Behaviour

• Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Comply with clinic policies and procedures
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Booking and Confirmation

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by breakitlue staff.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure adequate treatment time and avoid delays for other clients.

Payment Terms and Pricing

Pricing and Packages

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Prices may vary based on treatment area, package selection, and individual requirements. Current pricing is available on our website and at the clinic.

Payment Methods

• Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Payment plans may be available for treatment packages
• All payments must be made in full before treatment commencement

Refunds and Exchanges

Treatment packages are generally non-refundable once commenced. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of breakitlue management. Any refunds will be processed according to Dutch consumer protection laws.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Multiple sessions are typically required for optimal results. Factors such as hair type, skin colour, hormonal changes, and medical conditions may affect treatment outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the breakitlue website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of breakitlue B.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Exceptions

Insurance

breakitlue maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance as required by Dutch healthcare regulations.

Force Majeure

breakitlue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients and reschedule appointments as soon as practicable.

Termination

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate their treatment program at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for unused treatments will be considered according to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination by breakitlue

We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any client who:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour
• Fails to comply with treatment requirements or safety protocols
• Provides false or misleading medical information
• Fails to make required payments

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality requirements, and limitation of liability provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage clients to first contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. Many issues can be resolved through open communication and mutual understanding.

Mediation and Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as provided under Dutch law. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to any disputes.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law. You may also have the right to refer complaints to relevant regulatory bodies or consumer protection agencies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

For international clients, local consumer protection laws may also apply where they provide greater protection than Dutch law.

Modifications to Terms

breakitlue reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes through:

• In-clinic notifications for material changes

Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may discontinue using our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any treatment-specific consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and breakitlue regarding our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
